Summary
Adaptive Home Workout is a fitness guidance app. Most of your workout, profile, and progress data stays on your device.

- No paid subscription in this version
Optional notifications are local reminders on your device only — no remote push, account, or server. If you send feedback, it opens a draft in your own email app and is only sent when you send it. Crashes and errors may be reported to Sentry.
1. Data stored on your device
The app stores the following locally on your phone or tablet:
- Profile and setup (goal, equipment, schedule, time preferences)
- Starting Assessment answers and discomfort flags
- Generated workout plans and session prescriptions
- Workout logs, completed sets, progress summaries, and streaks
- Session settings (warm-up, voice, vibration, hands-free)
- Notification preferences (on/off and reminder time)
- Theme and other in-app preferences
This data is not uploaded to our servers for backup or sync in the current version.
If you uninstall the app, clear app data, or use Reset in Settings, local data may be permanently lost.
2. Local notifications (optional)
If you turn on Notifications in Settings, the app schedules local reminders on your device only. Reminders are optional — you can turn them off at any time in Settings.
The app asks for notification permission only when you enable notifications. We do not use remote push tokens, a backend, accounts, or server push.
Reminders may include:
- Planned workout day reminders (at the time you choose)
- Gentle missed-workout reminders
- Gentle comeback reminders after a period of inactivity
Notification preferences are stored locally on your device alongside your other app settings.
3. Feedback you send (by email)
When you use Support & feedback in Settings, the app opens a draft email to [email protected] in your own email app. You can review and edit it before sending, and nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. There is no feedback server, database, or account.
The pre-filled draft includes:

The draft does not include your name, email address, equipment list, or workout history. Your email address is only shared because you send the message from your own email app.
We use feedback to improve the app. Do not include sensitive health information unless you are comfortable sharing it.
4. Crash and error reporting (Sentry)
The app uses Sentry to diagnose crashes and technical errors. When an error occurs, Sentry may receive technical information such as error messages, stack traces, device type, OS version, and app version.
We do not use Sentry for advertising.
5. What we do not do

- We do not sell your personal data

- No cloud sync of workouts yet
- No payment or subscription in the app yet
6. Children
The app is a general fitness tool for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
Anyone under 18 should use the app with a parent or guardian.
7. Health and safety
Adaptive Home Workout provides general fitness guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Stop exercising if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms. Consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have injuries, pregnancy, or a medical condition.
8. Deleting feedback you submitted
To request deletion of feedback you sent, email [email protected] from the same address you used (if any). Include the approximate date and topic. We will delete identifiable feedback where reasonably possible.
Deleting feedback does not delete data on your device — use Reset in Settings for local data.
9. Changes
If we add accounts, cloud sync, analytics, payments, or other features, we will update this policy before wider release.
